Aspire Daily was created as a platform to house my various projects and ideas. The main focus is on advocating for holistic wellness as a way to heal, evolve, liberate, and improve our lives.
I enjoy sharing my writing and videos because they are a part of my own healing journey. While the website is still developing, it serves as my statement to the world: to aspire daily and to affirm my belief in the potential of others, no matter their starting point.
My experiences with mental distress shape the perspective from which I share. At Aspire Daily, we advocate for inclusivity, well-being, and creativity. Our core values are to Empower, Create, and Share.
About John
I’m John, and I grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand, before moving to Dunedin in 2021. I’m passionate about advocating for holistic well-being practices and have been sharing insights and stories from my own wellness journey, which began in 2023.
As an aspiring writer, I express myself through poetry on my old restored typewriter and share blogs here whenever inspiration strikes. Last year, I wrote my first book titled Life Liberated.
Everything changed for me in 2023 when I decided to put myself first. I left my job in hospitality to focus on personal development, which led me to completing a certificate in Whānau Ora in 2024 and becoming a peer support worker.
I believe in the power of sharing our experiences to foster connection and growth, and I’m excited to continue this journey alongside you.
